Where can I find the (correct) tickets?

You can purchase your tickets through this link: https://store.ticketing.cm.com/copa. You don't need to print your ticket(s). Scanning the barcode on your phone is sufficient.
I provided the wrong email address, what can I do?

I haven't received a confirmation email and/or tickets, what should I do?

Can I resell my tickets?

You are not allowed to resell a ticket for profit. However, you can purchase a ticket for your friends and resell it at the same price. Just make sure the ticket is registered in the name of the new owner.
How can I safely buy/sell my tickets?

We recommend buying/selling tickets only through reliable and verified outlets like Ticketswap.
I want to sell my tickets, but I haven't personalized them yet. Is this necessary?

If you want to sell your tickets through Ticketswap, it's not necessary to personalize them first. Both personalized and non-personalized tickets can be sold via Ticketswap.
Where can I order tickets?

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, printing is not necessary. We can scan your ticket from your phone.
What payment options are available at the festival?

You can pay with a debit card, cash, and credit card at the event.
Are earplugs available for purchase at the festival?

Earplugs are available for purchase at the lockers.
Is there a first aid station?

There is a first aid facility on the festival grounds, and medical professionals are also present at the festival. If you're not feeling well, please visit the first aid station; they can assist you.
Is smoking allowed at the event?

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. There is a designated area for smokers. Cigarettes are not available for sale at the event.
Are there facilities for disabled or differently-abled individuals?

There are facilities for disabled or differently-abled individuals; please ask the security personnel for assistance.
Are lockers available?

Lockers will be available for rent at the event. You can access your locker during the event.
What's the best way to travel to the event?

If you're coming by car, there are ample parking spaces available at the venue. The location is also easily accessible by public transportation.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible, and the entire area is paved.
